This is the 12th year the Bakersville Farmer's Market has been running. It is the oldest continuous running market in Western North Carolina. and is one of 78 Farmer's Markets that represent Western North Carolina.

The Market offers variety of fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables produced through both conventional and organic practices. Featuring goat cheeses, jams, jellies, and pickles, wildflower honey, fresh baked goods, free-range eggs, local crafts, fresh and dried herbs, plant starts, and flowers.

In the Bakersville Community Medical Clinic parking lot, opposite the US Post Office.
